The newly introduced Huber, currently only availabe in Australia, is a unique, radically innovative innovation in the world of fitness.  This body-building machine is an exceptional tool for improving co-ordination and strength control.  It's purpose is to involve and combine concentration, balance, movement and posture in the development of the muscular chains.  The Huber is designed for progressive work, from simple warm-up exercises, to intensive general or specific muscular strengthening, even for the most experienced sportsperson.

The initial evaluation, combined with successive assessments, is used to draw up a training programme specific to each user, and also to precisely measure the progress achieved by each individual.

The perfect compliment to other machines

The programme management provided by the Huber consists of combining exercises on the Huber with exercises on other machines to obtain the best possible results.

Muscle gain and maximum muscle recruitment

The Huber allows for a deep muscle strengthening of all the muscle chaines, including the muscles of the spine, through a targeted stimulation of muscle groups.

Controlling muscle power in motion

The user can adjust and co-ordinate his right-left effort in real time.

Co-ordinating movement, effort and balance

The Huber enables the user to harmonise movements through inter-muscle co-ordination, thus programming an improved posture for a more effective overall workout.

Isometric training and independent hip and shoulder workout

The isometric workout is made more difficult by a moving platform and column on the Huber.  The shoulders and hips are forced to move separately, producing a single dynamic excercise.
