Sarah Rule - Clinic Owner       Beauty Therapist - Endermologist

Sarah owns and operates this clinic.

Sarah brings her practical expertise and experience in the beauty and health industry to In Form Clinics™. 

Sarah trained as a beauty therapist in 1987 and has worked extensively in this industry since.  She has also tutored at the Wellington Beauty Therapy School for 1½ years.  

Sarah has completed a diploma in Therapeutic Massage at the New Zealand College of Massage.  Sarah has degrees at Otago University in Human Nutrition, Microbiology/Immunology and in Psychology. 

Beth O’Donovan - Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor

Beth is an enthusiastic physiotherapist with training in clinical Pilates and has a passion for working with clients towards positive life change.  Beth brings these skills to the clinic as well as massage for treatment and relaxation, endermologie, and beauty treatments.   

Beth has a strong theoretic and practical back ground and is a member of the New Zealand Society of Physiotherapists.

Vanessa Wilton - Office Manager, Endermologist

Vanessa brings her administration experience and expertise  to In Form Clinics™.

Vanessa is a qualified Endermologie Therapist and Relaxation Massage Therapist.
